Who can become a beneficiary of the 4090 Charity Fund?
Individuals who participated in military operations between 2016 and 2020, currently residing in the Republic of Armenia or Artsakh, and have the ambition to pursue their studies, specialise in a trade, or undergo retraining, are encouraged to apply, provided they meet the Foundation’s program requirements.
