Irina Pahlevanian

Executive Director

Irina Pahlevanyan has over 15 years of experience in fundraising, education, institutional development and management, including development of competitive project proposals, fundraising campaigns and CSR initiatives, as well as leadership and negotiation training. As a qualified EFQM consultant and Rybakov Foundation 2020, winner of the “Leader of the Educational Community" award, she cooperates with a number of local and international organisations, including the UNDP Armenia Office, the European Council, EBRD and others.

Irina received a master’s degree from Yerevan State University and is currently in her second year at the University of Kent (UK) pursuing a master’s degree in fundraising and philanthropy. She is the co-founder of the prestigious Child Development Center and the co-author of intellectual games for children and adolescents.

Sona Hovhannisyan

Programs and Community Coordinator

Sona Hovhannisyan is a Business Management and Project Management specialist with 8 years of experience. She has a master’s degree in “Business Management" and studied at the University of Minho. She is also the co-author of the book “Management and Technological Challenges in the Digital Age", published by CRC Press in 2018. With 3 years of research and consulting experience at Akron Consulting, Sona has played a key role in various research projects with various international and prominent partners. She was also actively involved in the coordination of various international youth and social programs in several non-governmental organizations, as well as in the Armenian Red Cross Society (ARCS).

Armine Eremyan

Accounting

With 25 years of experience in accounting, Armine Yeremyan is the founder and Director of Yeremyan Accounting Center. An experienced accountant and coach, Armine spent nine years working in Belgrade before returning to her homeland. Her extensive experience, knowledge and innovative thinking, honed in international organizations, allowed her to fulfill a long-held dream: to establish her own accounting company Yeremyan Accounting Center eight years ago. Today, the center cooperates with leading organizations of the republic, offering services in the field of accounting, personnel management, financial consulting and tax consulting. In addition, she teaches courses, passing on her experience and knowledge to novice accountants.
