    Mary Mamikonyan

    Chairman of the Board

    Mary Mamikonian is a graduate of the Moscow Financial Academy, where she specialized in finance. With over 15 years of experience in both Russian and Armenian banks, she has focused on customer service and corporate lending. Since 2012, she has been the Executive Director at “NAIRIAN" CJSC. In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Mamikonian is actively involved in charitable initiatives, such as the founding of the Paradigma Foundation in 2018, to support teacher communities, and since 2020, leading the “Our Lions" volunteer team since 2020, providing financial aid to families of Armenian soldiers.

    Samvel Danielyan

    Candidate of Medical Sciences

    Samvel Danielyan is a candidate of Medical Sciences and a docent. He serves as the Chief Hematologist of the RA Ministry of Health. He is also the R.O. professor of and the Director of the Hematology Center named after Yolyan.

    Gayane Melikyan

    Dr. Gayane Melikyan, Ph.D., Fellow of American Academy (FAAN) is a neurologist at Qatar’s Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) with over 20 years of experience in Clinical Neurology and Epileptology. She serves as an Associate Professor in Clinical Neurology at Cornell Medical College in Qatar (WCMC-Q ) and leads the WCMC-Q Student Clerkship Program at HMC. Dr. Melikyan is a recognized speaker at local and regional scientific congresses, selected as a Regional Epilepsy Expert in 2021. She has authored over 50 publications in peer-reviewed journals and books.

    Lara Cholakyan

    Born and raised in Canada, Dr. Lara Cholakian is an Executive Leader, Teacher and Researcher. She specializes in organisational behaviour and change management. She holds a PhD from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam School of Business and Economics, where she teaches and conducts research on leadership and collective trauma. Dr. Cholakyan has lived and worked in Canada, France, Peru, Sri Lanka, and currently resides in Armenia.

    Irina Chaltikyan

    Irina Chaltikyan serves as Deputy CEO of McCann Yerevan, where she drives the strategic direction and operational excellence of advertising and marketing initiatives. With over 18 years of experience in advertising and marketing, Irina has held various leadership positions, successfully leading diverse teams and innovative campaigns. Known for her collaborative leadership approach, she has orchestrated impactful campaigns for global brands, resulting in substantial increases in market share. Irina graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Yerevan State University, where she earned her bachelor’s, master’s, and Ph.D. degrees.

    Vanane Ararktsyan

    Vanane Ararktsyan holds a Master’s degree in International Relations (YSU), an LLM in Law (AUA), and Art History (State Academy of Fine Arts). Her career spans roles as Fashion Director of Cosmopolitan Armenia, CEO of the American Chamber of Commerce, and head of fundraising for SOS Children’s Villages Armenia. She now serves as Executive Director of the Keron Development Foundation, focused on building professional human capital in Armenia. In addition to her professional roles, Vanane runs a handmade knitting business and contributes to the City of Smile Charity Foundation as an advisory board member. Her wide-ranging expertise underscores her commitment to both professional excellence and social impact.

    Anush Gevorgyan

    Born in Yerevan, but resident of Moscow. Anush graduated from the Faculty of International Relations at Moscow State University of International Relations (MGIMO University), in 2003. Anush previously worked at the First Specialized Depository as a head of Corporate Securities department and currently serves as the Head of the Advertising and Public Relations Department at the United Construction Solutions JSC (OSR).

    Garo Harmandayan

    Garo Harmandayan is a doctor at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.

    Varduhi Meymaryan

    Varduhi Meymaryan is the People Director at TeamViewer Armenia CJSC, bringing 18 years of experience in HR management. Recognized for her strategic vision, Varduhi leads initiatives to cultivate an inclusive and growth-oriented workplace

    Kristin Sargasyan
